NECE festival 2024: a transformative meeting for civic education

The European Collaborative Civic Education Newtwork (ECEC Network) has taken a significant step forward in its mission to promote civic education in Europe with the official launch of its website, https://www.ececnetwork.com/. This platform becomes an essential resource for all who are interested in civic education, offereing access to detailed project information, case studies, and the latest news and events related to the initiative.
The ECEC Network is an innovative project that seeks to foster inclusive and effective civic education through collaboration among diverse European stakeholders. With the new website, users will be able to stay informed about the project’s progress, participate in discussions, and access resources on civic education.
Next Workshop in Madrid: July 1st and 2nd
Next Monday, July 1st and Tuesday, July 2nd, the “ECEC Network Third Workshop Session” will take place in Madrid. This workshop is a key opportunity to move forward with the project, share “Transformative Experiences” amongst other partners, and work together to develop shared strategies and visions to improve civic education.
Workshop Agenda
The meeting agenda will include discussions and presentations on the following documents and topics:
- Final version of the ECEC Vision: A document detailing the mission and long-term objectives of the project.
- Summary of the ECEC Vision: A condensed vision accessible to all participants.
- Transformative Experiences: Sharing transformative experiences in the field of civic education.
